Proxy request form improvements: 

We have implemented design enhancements to the proxy request form to improve usability. The updated form maintains the original functionality, now presented in a streamlined, linear format.

Task update history:

Within the task modal, there is now an option to select "Show past updates", which shows a list of updates pertaining to this task.
