How to send your own custom messages to patients

Once you've added the patients you want to contact to your recipient list, you can compose your own custom message to send to them. 

1. 1. Select Send a custom message from the dropdown list.
      
      
   2. Use the checkboxes to select whether you want to send an SMS text message, an email, or both.
      
      
   3. Enter your message (note the character limits!).
      
      
   4. Click send message to patient.
