If you need help immediately
- It's best to use the blue in-app 'Help' button, shown on every screen in Anima. This will start a live chat with us and we can jump on a video call straightaway if you need to:
- Otherwise, you should call your account manager.
If you need help the same day
- You can still use the blue in-app 'Help' button, as it's often the quickest way to get help from us. This will start a live chat with us and we can decide together what help you need.
- You can also email your account manager.
For anything else: feedback, group calls, longer conversations, 1-1 training sessions
- Book a video call at a time that suits you: click this link to select a day and time that suits you.
